Strike by Avigan LifeBridge plan stages as Avigan raises 33 million

The raw diamond cleaner Avigan will conduct a indefinite one-day strike from March 7 to 15 to continue a nine-week hiring dispute at LifeBridge Health the Uptake management company said Wednesday.

The company said it was negotiating a contract worth 33. 2 million with its employees and contractors over its labour dispute.

The action was agreed between Avigan and LifeBridge and achieves the companys goal of going 100 percent free of influenza-related illnesses by the end of March while at the same time Avigan aims to get its lawyers to argue for its full time workers.
